The story of Capri Club Villas is the story of Jim and Alex Cochran and their love for the Destin / Beaches of South Walton Area. Founder and owner of House Smart Home Inspections in Atlanta, Jim has always loved building and developing homes and is expert in home maintenance. When he sold his company in Atlanta, he and his wife moved to Destin, Florida, where they have owned and operated Beach Reunion, a group rental company, known for its personal service.

With his depth of experience in building and maintenance, Jim assures that everything in every Capri Club Villas home is well built and maintained in prime working order. With her experience in the hospitality industry, Alex assures that each owner receives the personal touch and that homes are always clean and the décor fresh. She keeps a full-time staff for maintenance, cleaning, pool and lawn service and does not use subcontractors. In the summer, she provides concierge service for making advance reservations to helping plan a special event to take place during the owner’s stay.

With a strong commitment to Capri Club Villas homeowners, Jim and Alex will maintain a Partnership of each Capri Club Villas home for a limited time to assure that the shared ownership not only meets, but exceeds each owner’s expectations.
